Last updated: 25 August 2026
Who we are
ClearLake Bath and Décor is a brand operated by A&E Bain et Douche Inc. (operating in English as A&E Bath and Shower Inc.), a company registered in Quebec, Canada, with its head office at 7300 Sherbrooke Street West, Montreal, Quebec H4B 1R7, Canada.
Because we are established in Quebec, our handling of personal information is governed by Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (commonly known as Law 25) and by Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). This statement explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, and the choices available to you.
Information we collect
Information you give us. Name, email address, telephone number, billing address, shipping address, and the contents of any message you send us. If you create an account, we retain your order history and saved addresses.
Payment information. Card details are entered directly into our payment processor's systems and are not stored on our servers or made available to us in full. We receive only a confirmation of payment, the card brand, and the last four digits.
Information collected automatically. When you visit this site we collect, by automated means, your IP address, device and browser type, operating system, referring website, the pages you view, and the time and duration of your visit. This is described in more detail under Cookies and tracking below.
Payment security
This store runs on Shopify. All pages, including checkout, are served over an encrypted TLS connection, and payment card data is captured and processed by Shopify's PCI DSS compliant payment infrastructure. Card numbers are tokenised at the point of entry and are never transmitted to or stored by ClearLake Bath and Décor or A&E Bain et Douche Inc.
Cookies and tracking technologies
This site uses cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for it to function, such as keeping items in your cart and remembering that you are signed in. It also uses the following analytics and advertising technologies, which collect information about your visit by automated means:

- Google Ads conversion tracking and call tracking, to measure the performance of our advertising
- Google Merchant Center, to list our products in Google Shopping surfaces

These technologies may build a profile of your browsing across sites and be used to show you our advertising elsewhere. You can control cookies through your browser settings, opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser add-on, and adjust advertising preferences through your Google and Meta account settings.
